Price List
From 15.05. until 25.09.2027. arrivals and departures are only possible on Saturdays.
For reservations of 2 weeks, we grant a 5% discount.
Bed linen and towels are changed once a week.
Baby cot and chair are available free of charge on request.
Swimming pool heating is charged €200.00 per week.
A damage deposit in the amount of €300.00 in cash must be given to a host upon arrival. The deposit will be returned after inspection of the accommodation facility, upon check-out.

Rental terms
- To secure and confirm the reservation, an advance payment of 20% of the total reservation amount is required.
- The remaining amount of 80% from the total reservation price will be charged 30 days before arrival.
- The guest can cancel for free 30 or more days before arrival.
- If cancelled within 30 days before arrival, the guest will be refunded 0% of the total amount paid.
- If the guest does not show up on the arrival date, we will not refund the paid amount.
